We developed 1 salad & 1 veggie taco (SpringUn' to the beet salad and Ma-La Bello taco), which are the new LTO features for spring. Unique, craveable, flavors at an exceptional value! SpringUn' to the beet: roasted beets marinated in creamy tarragon dressing topped with baby arugula (tossed in flaxseed oil) & edible flowers. My passion in life (aside from my family) is the culinary arts and the pursuit of all things epicurean.  It has always been a vivid source of imagination, growth, inquisitiveness and nourishment.

An energizing 20+ year career has found my eyes, mind and senses opened to the wonders of epicurean delights.  There is an honest story behind every nurtured crop, bite of food, sip of drink and brand message.  It’s all about the quality, personalized human element and honest spirit that these operations exude.

These emotions stirred me to create something special, something rooted in the purest form of fulfillment – happiness. This is the culmination of my creative spirit, love & appreciation of the culinary arts and the romance of “all things epicurean.”
